What is Check-Me, One-way delivery:
It is a luggage transfer service to the airport. Your bags are collected by our agents at the address, date, and time of your choice, then securely transported to your departure airport.
Benefit: You no longer have to manage your luggage, including oversized items (strollers, sports equipment, etc.). We transfer them directly to the airport so you can travel with total peace of mind.
What types of luggage can I entrust to CheckMe?
All standard luggage is accepted, including wheeled suitcases, sports bags, and fragile items (with appropriate packaging). We also offer check-in for oversized luggage such as strollers, golf clubs, surfboards, fishing rods, etc. Dangerous items or items prohibited in the hold by airport security are not
accepted (e.g., lithium batteries).
Can I contact you during the service?
Absolutely. Once your booking is confirmed, our agents will call you to explain the service process in detail and answer any questions you may have. You will also be provided with a dedicated phone number so you can reach us at any time before, during, and after your luggage is picked up.
Where do I pick up my luggage after it is transferred to the airport?
Your luggage is securely stored in our dedicated, fully protected area.
Once you make a booking on our website, our agents will contact you to explain the service details step by step.
You can also track your luggage in real time and reach us at any time via a dedicated private line.
Is my luggage secure after it has been picked up?
Yes. All our agents are trained and certified by airport authorities. Each bag is checked, weighed, sealed, electronically tracked, and complies with DGAC (French Civil Aviation Authority) standards before being securely transported to the airport.
We guarantee real-time tracking and comprehensive insurance throughout the transfer.
What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
We adjust the transport and delivery of your luggage according to flight changes. You are automatically notified of any adjustments.

What is Check-Me: Return Delivery?
It is a luggage retrieval and delivery service. Upon landing, our agents collect your bags directly from the baggage carousel, then deliver them to the address and at the time of your choice (home, hotel, Airbnb, workplace, etc.).
Benefit: You can leave the airport without waiting for your luggage and/or enjoy Paris unburdened, even if your hotel check-in is late.
What does the "customs inspection" tag on my suitcase mean?
Customs authorities may randomly inspect certain bags for security reasons. This can happen even if you have used the CheckMe by Dirby service: this procedure is simply part of the usual airport security checks. If your luggage has been opened by customs, our agents will affix an official label to inform you. In some cases, the seal number (security seal) may also be replaced following this check.
Check-in and Transfer :
For certain airlines, we offer a service that includes checking in and transferring your luggage. In addition to picking up your bags, our certified agents:
- Complete your official check-in with the airline
- Print your boarding pass
- Tag your luggage
- Load them directly onto your flight with priority

Can I track my luggage in real time?
Yes, real-time tracking is available via our app. You will receive live updates on the status of your luggage, whether during check-in, transfer, or delivery.

Can I have luggage picked up for a flight the next day?
Absolutely! With our concierge service, we can pick up your luggage at your home or hotel, drop it off at the airport, and allow you to pick it up at our agencies to check it in yourself.
Advantage: Ideal for early flights the next day or business travelers: enjoy your day in Paris without your luggage and prepare for your trip at your own pace.
