What is the CheckMe by Dirby check-in service?
It’s a service that allows you to have your baggage checked in at the address of your choice: at home, at a hotel, at an Airbnb, or even at your workplace. Our certified agents come to your location, weigh your luggage, perform security checks, officially check it in with the airline, attach the luggage tag, and print your boarding pass on the spot.
Advantage : You can leave without stress, hands free, and simply go straight to the boarding gate.
What types of luggage can I entrust to CheckMe?
All standard luggage is accepted, including wheeled suitcases, sports bags, and fragile items (with appropriate packaging). We also offer check-in for oversized luggage such as strollers, golf clubs, surfboards, fishing rods, etc. Dangerous items or items prohibited in the hold by airport security are not
accepted (e.g., lithium batteries).
Is my luggage really secure?
Yes, security is at the heart of our service. All our agents are trained and certified by airport authorities. Each piece of luggage is checked, weighed, sealed, tracked electronically, and complies with DGAC
standards before being transferred by secure transport to the airport. We guarantee real-time tracking and full insurance throughout the transfer.

Is my luggage secure after it has been picked up?
Yes. Each piece of luggage is sealed and tracked electronically as soon as it is collected. It is then transferred directly to the airport, handed over to your airline’s counter, and loaded onto your flight.
What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
We adjust the transport and delivery of your luggage according to flight changes. You are automatically notified of any adjustments.

What does CheckMe by Dirby baggage delivery consist of?
This service allows you to have your luggage delivered from the airport to an address of your choice (hotel, home, office, etc.) or vice versa.

What does the "customs inspection" tag on my suitcase mean?
Customs authorities may randomly inspect certain bags for security reasons. This can happen even if you have used the CheckMe by Dirby service: this procedure is simply part of the usual airport security checks. If your luggage has been opened by customs, our agents will affix an official label to inform you. In some cases, the seal number (security seal) may also be replaced following this check. Rest assured: this will not affect your luggage collection or your trip.
How does check-in work (at home or at the office)?
You book your slot on our website. Service available up to two days before your departure. On the day of your flight, a CheckMe agent will arrive at the address you provided, check your travel documents, scan your passport and tickets, then weigh and check your luggage before sealing it, checking it in, and printing your boarding pass.

Can I track my luggage in real time?
Yes, real-time tracking is available. You will receive real-time updates on the status of your baggage, whether it is being checked in or delivered.
